Brand new! Just 101 steps to the beach, 2 mins to 38th Street, and 3 mins to 5th Avenue. And did we mention the rooftop pools and the balcony hot tub?
Brand new property, furniture, appliances and "tech treats" throughout. The rooftop is a fav with 270 degree panoramic views, 4 pools, and a nice bar, gym, and spa.
You have access to the condo with adjoined balcony, breakfast table, and the personal hot/cool tub. You are a short walk or elevator ride to the amazing rooftop venue, the secure underground parking, and the laundry facilities.
The VOW Playa Hosting team is available via Whats App, SMS, email, and telephone. We strive to respond within a couple hours (depending on the time of day). The front desk is ready to answer questions related to the building facilities and systems, such as the pools, washers and dryers, and Wi-Fi service. The property manager's "core hours" are 8am - 5pm. We also have a local hosting and maintenance team able to lend a hand for unexpected situations, typically within 12-24 hours.
You won't believe how great a location this is! 2 mins walk to "the most beautiful street in Playa" (Calle 38), 3 mins walk to the famous Quinta Avenida (hundreds of restaurants, shops, bars), and 1 min to the beach for sunrise & sunset walks.
Playa del Carmen is very walkable. Some guests favor taxis, which can be coordinated through the front desk. Taxis may require local currency. Uber may be coming to Playa - but be flexible for alternatives. This condo includes 1 parking spot in the secure underground parking. You simply need to give your details to the front desk and/or the parking lot manager. An additional vehicle can be parked on the street and parking can be paid through the streetside kiosk or the app.
There are strict "No Smoking" and "Quiet Time" rules on the property. Please ask the front desk or your host for additional details, if needed.
